Professional Indemnity Insurance
Tax advisors and lawyers are required by the Federal Lawyers' Act to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €250,000. Professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 is provided by ERGO Versicherung AG, ERGO-Platz 1, 40477 Düsseldorf.

Out-of-court dispute resolution:
The European Commission has set up an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The platform can be found at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
